What is UNO's return policy?

We want you to feel totally satisfied with your new shave, and we strongly advise you give this new method of shaving a fair run. But hey, maybe shaving with this premium, single-blade cartridge razor just isn't for you. You may return the UNO razor and any unopened cartridge baggies within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a refund. The items listed below marked as Not Eligible for Return, are excepted from this return policy. Other than the razor handle, items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, and literature must be in new condition and included with the product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to initiating a return. Returns that are missing any literature, or packaging; or are returned with damaged packaging, may result in a reduced refund.

All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.

Items Not Eligible for Return: The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

  • Used razor cartridges

  • Opened razor cartridge baggies

  • Dirty and/or damaged razor handles

How do I return merchandise?

  1. Email us at: support@unoshaveco.com with the subject line RETURNS and enter your order number and the email address associated with your order to notify UNO of your Return, and indicate which product you want to return, and why you didn't like it.

  2. You will receive an email back within 48 hours with an RAN (a Return Authorization Number).

  3. Pack your product in the same/ similar style packaging it came to you in to protect it (bubble mailer for most orders).

  4. Select a trackable shipping service (i.e. USPS Priority, USPS First Class Parcel Select, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Whatever you decide on is fine, as long as it is trackable.

  5. Send the package to us.

Once we receive your package, allow us 5-10 days for us to inspect, approve, and process the return. Packages must be dated as having shipped within 30 days from your original order. Return Authorizations are not permitted after 30 days from the original order date.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (i.e. information card(s), handle envelope, literature, factory-sealed cartridges, etc.), in the original UNO box and packaging. We understand that the hologram seal must be cut to open the box, and the handle envelope must also be opened, and this is not considered damage as long as the box is still intact and otherwise undamaged. Damaged or incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature.

Please take special care when opening your UNO packaging, as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging.

Return merchandise must be bubble-mailer bagged, or boxed and internally protected with packing material, with no writing or labeling affixed to the UNO box itself. Your Return Authorization Number must be inserted into, or written onto, the label of the shipping bubble bag, or shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise is returned to UNO Shave Company.

Again, you may use the carrier of your choice to return merchandise, provided that the service is a trackable shipping method.

Who pays for shipping a return?

US Customers may return products using the shipping carrier of their choice, at their expense.

How will I be refunded?

Please review our Return Policy above for a list of what is considered ineligible for return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of return shipping, even if the original shipping may have been free, or discounted. In some cases, your actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and processed. All products eligible for Return are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
